Key responsibilities

You’ll be consulting with managers and teams on how to improve their talent management and talent acquisition capabilities, and through that, their business results. As this competitive market demands companies to become more strategic in their approach to talent you will be the one guiding them through that.

Toptier Talent Management isn’t about sticking with ad hoc -level solutions. You’ll be a bigger change-maker helping organizations to reach their growth targets. You’ll investigate the root causes of organizations’ challenges with acquiring and retaining talent and implement best practices. You’ll also facilitate conversations and lead development initiatives in all forums from hands-on tech teams all the way up to HR and C-level.

Ideal background

Talent Management in the Finnish market - mid-level to senior-level expertise

You have spent a significant part of your recent job participating in at least 1-2 areas of Talent Management / business-oriented People Ops. Through that, you have a good understanding on how to scale teams, and how to retain talent.

Analytical business mindset

You are used to prioritizing your backlog based on business value. You are able to investigate bottlenecks and come up with solutions, driving change. Being proactive, and working with several stakeholders comes naturally to you. You’re used to being the one making sure things move forward. Your resilience guides you through tricky situations.

Ready for a growth company

You are cool with being in an ever-changing environment. Toptier is a 1-year-old company, and we’re in the very beginning of our journey. We build and optimize our own processes constantly, and would like you to participate.


We are looking for growth partners rather than just employees. This means you’ll also have the opportunity to own a piece of the scaling business. You’ll have access to broad healthcare services with extra dental care benefits on top. Also, work equipment of your choice is provided.

We believe in a decent base salary rather than in complex, individualistic bonus systems. The range in this role is around 4000-6000€ per month.
